He has an impressive understanding of statistics (SPC). Problem-solving, cellular manufacturing, and theory of constraints which he teaches to the industry. Bill has applied lean manufacturing techniques to Tri-Quality, our competitive advantage when it comes to quality and pricing. Bill has now joined his sons at eMotion Picture Studios, where he’s applying work cell theories to the video industry with great success.
